After many years of commuting to Toledo to work as a personal trainer, Kelly Marshall decided what she really wanted to do was to promote positive self-image in her own community. That was the beginning of Marshall Fitness.
As a fitness fanatic and mother of three children, Kelly wanted to offer her own neighbors a family-friendly place to obtain their fitness goals. With 10+ years’ experience, and a specialty in injury training, her passion is still to help others see their true value and potential with a healthy lifestyle and positive self-image.

Shem Neuenschwander is a personal trainer who began working at Marshall Fitness upon the completion of his Exercise Science degree at Cedarville University in 2014. Shem graduated from Archbold High School and currently lives in Napoleon with his wife, Ashley. In high school he completed in football, wrestling, and baseball, then went on to play rugby in college. Shem’s hobbies include spending time with Ashley, power sports, hunting, riding motorcycles and going to the beach. Shem would love to work with you on any of your fitness needs!
